Welcome to FalFilm Cinema Evenings

Enjoy the experience  of the big screen locally with a warm friendly atmosphere, on a large modern screen with Dolby surround sound in the comfort of the newly refurbished Falfield Village Hall.

 

Launching FalFilm 16th March 2024.

Our first FalFilm cinema evening will be on the 16th March showing The Great Escaper, featuring two British icons Michael Caine & Glenda Jackson, bringing a huge amount of joy to the heart warming true story of Bernard Jordan, the 89-year-old veteran who snuck off to attend the 70th anniversary of D-day Michael Caine & Glenda Jackson.

We will also aim to have other regular showings of other classic movies.  Each film will be preceded by a short informative introduction talk by Mark Rivers, your highly subjective Film Curator, and there will be time for discussion after the film. Tickets for these films can be purchased via this website following the links provided.

Experience classic films on a large modern screen with Dolby surround sound in the comfort of the newly refurbished Falfield Village Hall.

We are also looking at running other showings for children & families, perhaps on a Saturday if there is an interest.

Screenings are held in the main hall at Falfield Village Hall, Bristol Road, Gloucestershire, GL12 8DH. Films are screened on a normally on the last Thursday in the month from 6.30pm.

Tickets are £5.00 per person and may be purchased prior to the evening online via our Ticketed Events Booking page.

 

All films are classified according to the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) and entrance is based on the BBFC.
