Falfield Village Hall is owned by the Gloucester Diocesan Trust, leased by Falfield Parish Council and Managed by Falfield Management Committee held upon trust for the purposes of a Village Hall, for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Falfield.

As stated in our charities constitution "The property is provided for the purpose of a Village Hall the use of the inhabitants of the parish of Falfield without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions, and in particular for use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants."

The charity is administered in accordance to our Lease & Trust Deed by Falfield Management Committee consisting of six elected members and eight representative members and may include not more than 4 co-opted members.

Membership of the committee is open but not limited to anyone who is over 18 years of age and living in the Parish of Falfield who is interested in furthering its purposes, and who, by applying for membership, has indicated their agreement to become a member and acceptance of the duty of members.
